Q: When will my wine club selections be processed?A:
Club Viva orders are processed February, April, June, August, October and December. Credit cards are charged on or around the first of the month. If you are a will call member they will be available for pick up the next day in the tasting room. If you have your wine shipped, it will be sent out within 3 business days.Q: Will I be notified before my wine club shipment is processed?A:
Yes. Approximately 10 days before your shipment is to be processed you will receive an e-mail that will notify you of the date your card will be charged, and the wines that will be included in your shipment. This also a reminder that if you need to update any of your information for your account that you do so before the processing date.
Q: What is Rock Wall's Will Call policy?
A: Wine selections not picked up within 60 days of billing date will automatically be shipped to the shipping address you provided. Your credit card on file will be charged applicable shipping and handling fees.Q: Will an invoice be included with my Club Viva order?A:
As an environmentally friendly winery we do not include a paper copy of your invoice with your club shipment. You will receive an electronic invoice via e-mail when your card is charged.Q: Do I need to be home to sign for my Club Viva shipment?A:
Yes. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed by an adult (21 or over). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9 and 5 pm. We recommend having your shipment sent to a business address when possible.Q: I live locally and would like to pick up my Club Viva shipments. Is this an option?A:
Yes. We offer a will-call option and we look forward to seeing you in the tasting room. Club Viva shipments can be picked up during normal tasting room hours, Wednesday through Sunday between noon and 6pm.Have any other questions for us?
