A: Our winemaking team chooses the best and most exclusive releases to go into your wine club shipment each month. If you do not prefer one of the preselected wines, please e-mail us before your card is charged or ask to swap when picking up in the tasting room. Swaps must be made within 30 days of the original charge date. Due to inventory reasons, swaps cannot be made after 30 days. As of January 1st 2017, swaps can only be made with the current Club Viva wine selections listed on our website.
Club Viva orders are shipped to members who have elected the shipping option, bi monthly in the even months of the year: February, April, June, August, October & December.
Q: I live locally and would like to pick up my Club Viva shipments. Is this an option?
A: Yes. We offer a will-call option and we look forward to seeing you in the tasting room. Club Viva orders can be picked up during normal tasting room hours, Monday through Friday 11:30am – 8: 00pm and Saturday and Sunday’s between noon and 6pm.
If you have elected to pick-up your Club Viva orders at the winery, they will be held for 60 days before shipping charges are incurred. You may switch from having your wine shipped to pick-up (and vice versa) at any time. Please email w or call 510-522-5700 ext. 21
Q: What is Rock Wall's Will Call policy?
A: Wine selections not picked up within 60 days of the original billing date will automatically be shipped to the address provided. Your credit card on file will be charged applicable shipping and handling fees.
Q: Why is a signature required for delivery?
A: Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed by an adult (21 or over). Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm. We recommend having your Club Viva order sent to a business address when possible.
Q: Will I be notified before my Club Viva order is processed?
A: Yes. Approximately 10 days before your club viva order is to be processed you will receive an e-mail that will notify you of the date your card will be charged, and the wines that will be included in your shipment. This is also a reminder that if you need to update any of your information for your account that you do so before the processing date.
Q: Will an invoice be included with my Club Viva order?
A: As an environmentally friendly winery we do not include a paper copy of your invoice with your Club Viva order. You will receive an electronic invoice via e-mail when your card is charged.
A. The guest availability and/or limitations vary with each event. Ticket limitations will be listed in the club invite sent to you via e-mail.
A: You may cancel your membership at any time after two Club Viva shipments. All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing by one of the following options: filling out and signing the cancellation form in our tasting room or by submitting an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
A: No, we do not share your e-mail with other parties. We simply use your e-mail to communicate information regarding your club membership, invitation to events and exclusive sales.
A: Yes, you can give a Club Viva Membership as a gift to anyone age 21 and older, and the gift recipients address must be in a state where direct shipping is legal.
A: No, you cannot use your two complimentary tasting’s or glasses for fellow wine club members. Complimentary tastings & glasses are for the member and two guests only. Club members are not considered guests at the winery as they are a part of the Wine Club.
