2007 Petite Sirah, Dry Creek Valley
PRODUCTION NOTES
The Petite Sirah grapes for this wine were harvested at the peak of ripeness. The must was cold-soaked and subsequently fermented in ½-ton macrobins. The fermenting juice was punched down 3 times daily. Once pressed, the wine was racked to and aged in 100% new French oak barrels.
WINEMAKER NOTES
