2007 Zinfandel, Reserve, Sonoma County

2007 Zinfandel, Reserve, Sonoma County

PRODUCTION NOTES
The grapes for this wine were picked at the peak of ripeness and given a pre-fermentation cold soak in small 100-gallon fermentors. The must was then warmed to 70°F, inoculated with a special rockpile yeast isolate, and benefited from being punched down 3 times daily. The top barrels from this lot were selected for this beautiful reserve wine.
