2007 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
PRODUCTION NOTES
With its origins in Napa Valley, this delicious and exotic Sauvignon Blanc comes from a mountain vineyard - an elevation of 900 feet above sea level. The grapes were carefully pressed, and slowly cold-fermented in stainless-steel before being racked to french oak barrels, where it was aged sur lees.
