2007 Petite Sirah, Dry Creek Valley

2007 Petite Sirah, Dry Creek Valley

PRODUCTION NOTES
The Petite Sirah grapes for this wine were harvested at the peak of ripeness. The must was cold-soaked and subsequently fermented in ½-ton macrobins. The fermenting juice was punched down 3 times daily.  Once pressed, the wine was racked to and aged in 100% new French oak barrels.

WINEMAKER NOTES
Inky in color, this Petite Sirah is suffused with deep blueberry notes, followed by cigar box, and peppery spice.
